On Friday evening, Johannesburg’s culinary and cultural elite gathered high above the city at Marble for an invite-only dining experience hosted by Johnnie Walker Blue Label’s Blue Society. More than a celebration of the whisky, the evening was a deliberate expression of what the Blue Society stands for: craftsmanship, connection, and a deeper, more meaningful form of luxury.
At the centre of the experience was acclaimed chef David Higgs, whose fire-led, contemporary South African cuisine set the tone for the night.
